In the premise of the plastic restriction the number of eco-bags hoarded by each family has far exceeded people's demand for it which runs counter to the original purpose of plastic restriction environmental protection, sharing eco-bags can maximize the use of eco-bags through the recycling of eco-bags as well as reuse.
